One year Multi-Club Membership
A Limited Number of Memberships are available.
Members, Guests, and public players must check in with the golf shop staff before going to the tee box. Advance tee times are required.
Our members will be committed to playing the holes in the
designated order starting on hole#1 or as prescribed by the golf shop staff as necessary.
Our Anniversary Membership is a one-year program at Kempsville Greens & Ocean View; your membership cannot be used during scrambles, club outings, blitzes, leagues, member events, club tournaments, tournaments, or association events without paying the applicable fees.
This membership can make tee-time reservations seven (7) days in advance.
All Anniversary members must show a membership card when checking in. If anyone else uses your membership card, your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund.
An eighteen-hole riding fee is required before 11 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

As a member, you must maintain a reasonable pace of play. The pace of play should be 4 hours or less for 18 holes and 2 hours or less for 9 holes.
Customers are not allowed to bring personal coolers to the golf course.
VA State law requires all alcoholic beverages to be distributed solely by Kempsville Greens & Ocean View.
Therefore, as Members, you agree that you and your guests will not bring food or alcoholic beverages onto the Kempsville Greens & Ocean View property. All violators will have their membership revoked immediately.
This Anniversary Membership is valid through December 31st, 2024.
All golfers must follow course policies and adhere to player responsibilities, e.g., repairing ball marks, raking bunkers, filling divots, and following cart-directional signs. If you fail to do so, the first offense will be a polite oral notification from a staff member.
After you join, we will enter your information into our system, and your membership will be activated the next day. Upon your next visit, show the person working in the pro shop your receipt, and we will issue your membership card. If you are an existing member, we will issue your membership card on January 1, 2024.

- The nine-hole riding fee is $15.00 per person.
- The 18-hole walking fee is $18.00. The 9-hole walking fee is $13.00.

- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday after 11:00 am $35.00
